On February 6, 1996, Dave Matthews and guitarist Tim Reynolds played an intimate set at Iowa's Luther College, wowing fans with acoustic arrangements of Dave Matthews Band songs. The two hour-plus set included songs that would appear on that year's Crash, along with fan favorites "Granny" and "Deed Is Done" otherwise unreleased at the time of the 1999 debut of the Live At Luther College CD. Now, this beloved live set makes its debut on vinyl in a 150 gram, 4LP box set. Download card included.

So excited to find this released on vinyl. My original CD went AWOL sometime in the past few years — probably got tired of the use and abuse as it was a constant companion. The vinyl set (mastering, packaging, everything) is fabulous. 5 stars for that. Knocked one star because I was thrilled this included a digital download — but — MP3s. :-( Would have appreciated FLAC (or at least info on format before purchase). I mistakenly assumed that since there were other releases available in FLAC that this one would be, as well. Don’t let my whining dissuade you, though. This is an incredible show — worth having in any format you can get it.
