Originally released in digital form, the live mix from Dave and Tim's acoustic performance at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC is now remastered and available as a 6LP 140 gram vinyl set. The evening includes (at the time) fresh and mostly unheard material from the Some Devil sessions, as well as some good storytelling. This show, which was part of a unique Spring 2003 tour, is one of the most intimate settings to hear songs like Stay Or Leave and Gravedigger as well as Tim's masterful solo moments feathered in.

      Best Record I Own

      Drove to Boone with no tickets. Thought we’d grab something from scalpers. Nope. Nothing. Even they were looking.

      We bailed, went to a bar, started talking to some students heading to the show. They said the ticket window might release a few. We ran. Got there first. Window opens, boom, two tickets, 10th row, dead centre.

      One of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Easy.

      This vinyl takes me right back to that night. It sounds ridiculous. Like, top tier in my whole collection. Maybe I’m biased because I was there, but owning a record from a show I actually lived is just different. This one hits harder.

      I’ve been to a lot of DMB shows. This is a big one for me. Living in Canada, I don’t get many shots at this. Dave and Tim, get to Nova Scotia. Seriously.

      If you’re even thinking about a Dave and Tim record, stop thinking. This is the one. Start to finish, it’s unreal.
