When Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds arrived at Branscomb Memorial Auditorium in February of 1997, they had already known each other for ten years. The camaraderie is evident from the opening song, Lie In Our Graves to the bluesier Jimi Thing and the guitar mastery in Dancing Nancies. They playfully weave through transition jams and bring out rarities like Let You Down and Dreamed I Killed God (unique to this tour) with ease. They are comfortable together and equally at home with the audience, giving us an intimate recording from a classic era, previously uncirculated.
